Lids are tricky…
Difficult to throw, dry and then, do you fire on or off?
I say bisque - always together, glaze - mostly together, but that’s just me 😁
What happens when the lid sticks?
I’ve seen many long descriptions involving many time consuming solutions, including freezing, but this way takes less than 10 mins if you have a kettle. The other tools I would recommend as studio essentials anyway, so if you haven’t got them, they’re a good investment.
